We launched this journey in 2018, with the mission to empower, motivate, bring style, promote positivity, and celebrate life inspiration with our fellow Boss. Queens.

My name is Krystal, Boss. Queen. Founder, CEO, designer, and encourager. I’m a wifey, mama, lover of life, fitness junkie, former NFL cheerleader, full-time corporate trainer, kids’ taxi, supporter of my family, and a doer. I believe women are Boss. Queens. and we should own it! We should empower one another, serve with positive intent, exude passion, be courageous, and most importantly - be kind. And you know what? It's okay to tap into our inner fashionista while we're at it.

A typical day at Boss. Queen. Headquarters starts with coffee…. lots of coffee, a quick workout, shuffling kiddos to school, a full workday, after-school events/sports, and then studio time for designing and creating or planning for the next big event. We’re growing each month and look forward to sharing this bright future with you! We take pride in bringing you the highest quality and most fashionable styles, and responding to your requests for the "perfect" custom designs. After all, you're the Boss. Queen.

True confessions? Here at Boss. Queen., we're a little fussy. That means only using sterling silver and 18k gold-filled. It means attention to details like the weight of a piece or careful centering of the design. It means never sending out something we wouldn't be proud to wear or to give our best friends.
