Hello, Boss. Queen. - Welcome to our blog! 

BOSS.QUEEN.'s mission is to empower, motivate, bring style, promote positivity, and celebrate life inspiration with you, our fellow Boss. Queens.

We're launching a new feature on the BOSS.QUEEN. site, it's a spotlight feature on an individual BOSS.QUEEN. who truly fits the BQ mission. Someone who we think will inspire you like she inspired us!

Giving you a "behind the scenes" peek at the lives of these remarkable women is one reason we launched this blog. You'll also find spotlight interviews with them on our social media pages. 

The first "Boss. Queen." we want to introduce to you is Deborah Wiebrecht, the Executive Director of Variety KC. The only full-time employee of Variety KC, Deb has launched an #inclusionrevolution, a drive to make Kansas City the most inclusive area for all families to live - especially those with kiddos with special needs. 

You may have seen the Variety KC signs and giant heart on inclusive playgrounds, ball fields and play areas, on parking signs and adaptive grocery carts, on sensory packs in movie theaters, or even universal bathrooms in public spaces.
